Hi, I’m Lauren O'Sullivan, a dedicated Wellness and Health Coach specialising in breathwork, yoga, and trauma-informed practices.
I have been a practicing Yoga for over 20 Years. I have been a Breathwork, Yoga and Health Coach for over 13 Years. My background is working with Trauma Recovery, Wellness and Performance. I currently live in Spain and split my time between the UK and Canary Islands.
With a passion for guiding individuals through their own wellness journeys, I focus on the powerful connection between the mind, body and breath interface. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the understanding that each person’s path and evolution is unique.
My training in trauma-informed practices ensures that our work together is supportive and adaptable, allowing you to explore growth and wellness at your own pace. Through accessible yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices, I aim to help you cultivate resilience, manage stress, and foster inner peace.
My mission is to create a safe, inclusive space for you to reconnect with your body, nurture your mental clarity, and develop sustainable practices for everyday wellness.
