COACHING & HEALTH EDUCATION
My name is Francesca Bingley and I am your Rehabilitation Coach. I am a Yoga Teacher, Registered Nurse, and coach Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). I am passionate about sharing how to unlock our energy through health education and getting practical.
I have been a nurse for 8 years, in nurse case management for 4 years, and I have been practicing Yoga and Breathwork for over 18 years. It was Yoga that inspired me to do my nurse training- to discover more of what creates energy within the Body-Mind, what generates health, and how to rehabilitate after injury or illness has happened.
Yoga has also inspired me to explore what nourishes us- through food, environment, and nature, so much so that I trained as a Patisserie Chef, learning more about the food industry in a year than I had in my whole life. When we engage with the food we eat, we choose what actually provides us with the energy we need for our body but also the energy of connecting over food that feeds our heart and mind.
Come work with me
There is so much that we can do for ourselves for healing and recovery, all we need is a willingness to be open to learning about the natural energy we have inside us all that wants to restore and improve.
I specialize in working with people who have long term health conditions or traumatic injuries and who want to explore raising their health and lifestyle. I also deliver workshops and presentations for organisations, sharing practical ways to improve health, focus, and energy.

The Food and Fuel Connection
Interested in what your food does for your energy? Me too. I coach people to approach their food in a fresh way using Yoga Philosophy as lens to understand their relationship with nature and the food they eat.
This is all about finding simple ways to connect with what we put into our bodies through:
Attention to ingredients
Noticing our energy after eating
Learning how to prepare new dishes from scratch
Using less ingredients but creating more taste
Through weekly challenges and check-ins, we explore together what is creating the energy you want for your life, and what is creating an energy leak through the foods you are eating. No food needs to be labeled as bad or good, but how our Body-Mind is able to process what we give it can vary throughout our lifetime. The opportunity is understand what raises our energy and what lowers it.
