About

Our Work

Spaces to connect, create, learn and embody.

Breathe and Recover is a creative and embodied learning space. We offer both online and in-person events and programmes for individuals and professionals to reconnect with themselves and with each other.

Through body, breath, and awareness practices— supported by creative exploration and embodied learning — we create space for reflection, connection, and self-discovery.

We love to collaborate with therapists and other practitioners, bringing together a range of perspectives to support meaningful and accessible learning experiences.

Impact

Projects &

Initiatives

Projects and Initiatives

programmes such as Right to Rest and the Pain Reprocessing Project create opportunities for individuals and communities to explore rest, awareness, and new ways of understanding their experiences.

These projects take many forms — from courses and in-person workshops to pop-up presentations and collaborative learning spaces. Alongside these experiences, we develop accessible psychoeducation, health education, and reflective resources that support continued learning beyond the session.

Each project grows through curiosity, collaboration, and lived experience, evolving in response to the needs of the people and communities we work alongside.

Integrating Neuro

Arts

creativity in Practice

Exploring the Senses is an important part of the learning spaces we offer at Breathe and Recover.

Through Neuroarts and creative exploration, we invite individuals to notice, express, and reflect on their experiences in ways that go beyond words.

Using simple creative methods such as writing, music, painting, photography, movement, colour, and reflection, Neuroarts supports curiosity, awareness, and new ways of understanding ourselves — gently connecting body, mind, and imagination.
